Each scholarship is for one year only. If the winner cannot accept the scholarship for any reason, the runner-up will be awarded the scholarship.

Scholarship Information Form
In order to facilitate the processing of your scholarship, please provide the information requested and return to the address shown below NO LATER THAN JULY 1st, 2009.
On August 1st, 2009, the scholarship check will be mailed directly to the college or university for credit to your student account. To avoid delays in receiving your scholarship, please make sure you have the correct address for the school/college admission office. The process does take a few weeks for the scholarship to be applied to your account. If you have questions about your scholarship funds, please call the foundation office at 720-542-5269.
